Financials created with QuickBooks can be directly imported into your business plan. Users of other systems can export to/from their accounting application to Excel. Excel workbooks can then be imported into BPP-SE as custom worksheets.

The software is a "single user license”. Though a buyer can load the program on both a home and work computer, it’s intended only for personal use. For organizations, multi-unit licenses are available for 3, 5 or 10 users within the same corporation and offer substantial savings over single unit pricing. A network version is not available at this time.

New plans are routinely added to the Business Plan Library and are available to all registered users. Technical updates to the program itself are also available free of charge using the Tools > Upgrade Manager option.
